Integrations Lead Project Manager
Location: Remote
Department: Client Technical Services (CTS)
Reports To: Head of CTS
Objectives:
- To scope, project manage and deliver integration projects to new and existing clients.
focusing primarily on ERP integrations in enterprise clients. - To develop standard scalable processes to drive efficiencies in delivery and support.
- To inform the development programme/roadmap for our product integration tooling.
- To work with stakeholders across product, implementation, sales, client success and quality to deliver significant ARR growth.
- To modernise legacy integrations.
Main Targets (by Department):
Professional Services (Implementation & CTS)
- Leading appropriate client meetings and discussions.
- Delivering Client Integration Projects, within target timelines and target hours.
- Regular and timely feedback to PM’s and expectation management.
- Attending Internal Project meetings.
- As an Integration SME: Support decision-making, knowledge sharing and problem-solving.
Sales
- Working with the Commercial and Technical Sales team to ensure a sales pipeline of Integration projects meets the business commercial objectives; including scoping pre sales projects, identifying costs and risks and setting delivery targets.
Client Success Management Team
- Regular updates and feedback on project progress and deliverables.
- Management of available resources and capacity planning input.
- Product Feature requirement and priorities.
- Support delivery of relevant Roadmap features (Integration).
Point74 Directors / Stakeholders / Customers
- Ensuring Client Utilisation levels are ahead of target.
- Timely feedback on implementations and Integrations.
- Regular feedback sessions and communication.
- External Clients Ensure client expectations for integration projects are set during the sales process.
- Ensure client expectations are met during project delivery, in line with project proposals.
Key Outputs:
- Clear project management and leadership.
- Deep Product and Industry Understanding.
- Organised and efficient approach to managing workload, resources and projects.
- Chairing Client meetings that align with our company values and deliver business objectives.
- Regular communication with stakeholders and customers.
- Successful projects delivered on time and in target hours.
- Implementation time reduction targets met; in line with wider business objectives and product roadmap.
Key Activities (Delivering Outputs):
- Meeting with key customers and stakeholders.
- Scope, configure and deliver bespoke technical solutions.
- Prepare and deliver bespoke client training sessions and workshops.
- Manage complex, enterprise-scale projects and consult with high-profile clients.
- Shape and contribute to the development of the product and its evolution.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Analyse and solve complex business problems efficiently for both the business and client.
- Provide support and training for relevant team members.
- Presenting regular updates to leadership.
- Tracking and reporting on business KPIs.
Key Skills Required:
- Experience managing Software Implementations & Project Management.
- A sound technical experience with ERP systems, their implementation and configuration.
- A working knowledge of databases and excel.
- Experience within a food manufacturing/FMCG environment.
- Self-motivated, highly organised and able to manage time effectively.
- First-rate analytical skills with good attention to detail.
- A willingness to learn and an ability to grasp new concepts and ideas.
- Professional, articulate and able to communicate well at all levels.
- An understanding of the requirements involved with a technical support role.
