The role
This is a technical project management role that combines project ownership with product knowledge. As an Implementation Consultant, you’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of client implementations across the food industry. Projects range from Point74 Pro installations for growing manufacturers to complex, multi-site Enterprise rollouts.

You’ll manage timelines, client communication, commercial delivery and resource coordination. You’ll also build up the experience to run all standard delivery activities with limited senior oversight, and to act as the main link between our clients and our Engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client implementations end to end, from kick-off to go-live, keeping projects on time, on budget and on scope
• Support scoping sessions alongside senior colleagues, helping turn client requirements into a clear project plan
• Configure and deliver solutions across recipe, costing, specification, compliance and quality modules
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong, trusted relationships at all levels
• Coordinate resources and work closely with our Engineering, IT and Client Success teams, translating client needs into clear technical requirements
• Design and deliver tailored client training sessions and workshops
• Feed client insight into the product roadmap
• Solve complex business problems efficiently, for both the client and Point74

What we’re looking for

• Experience managing software implementations, technical projects or customer accounts, ideally in a B2B software environment
• Highly organised and self-motivated, able to juggle multiple projects and priorities
• Strong analytical skills and great attention to detail
• Confident communicator, comfortable leading workshops and managing client expectations
• Good working knowledge of Excel; experience with databases is a bonus
• A willingness to learn and pick up new concepts quickly

Desirable

• Experience in the food and drink manufacturing industry, particularly NPD, technical or quality
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, YouTrack or Microsoft Project
• Exposure to ERP systems and integrations, e.g. M3, Sage, SAP or Microsoft Dynamics
