The Role

This exciting opportunity to join our unique Client Services Training Academy will kick start your career in IT by enabling you to develop your skills alongside our experienced software delivery teams; helping them deliver, support and manage software applications across the food industry. You will gain exposure to key areas of the business by rotating through 4 x 3 month placements and receiving personalised training and development plans.

This varied role will include data analysis and reporting, project management and business process analysis, as well as client visitations and user support. We are looking for a technically minded, intelligent and enthusiastic individual who will relish the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the growth of this dynamic business.

The ideal applicant will have a passion and aptitude for computer software and systems, have experience dealing with customers (either face to face or over the phone) and be both enthusiastic and well presented.


  • Providing support for the senior implementation consultants and client support teams
  • Accompanying senior managers on client consultations
  • Configuring database settings and customised technical outputs
  • Preparing and supporting delivery of client training sessions
  • Handling and analysing large quantities of client data as part of the system build process
  • Assist with Software testing and agile QA processes, providing detailed responses and ideas for improvement where appropriate
